Job DescriptionThe Website Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our company website and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate collaborates with marketing and other departments to ensure that the website is up to date, relevant, and optimally functioning. Will need to have strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot and/or bring items to broader team to triage.
Pay: $40-$45 per hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare for upcoming site migration, with detail to page build expectationsFollow guidelines and spreadsheets created for new templates and page buildComplete component (78) adds to each of the 40 different templatesTroubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely mannerMigration page builds have currently begun with a team of 5 administrators Qualifications1-2 years of experience with WordPress and website administration is requiredWordPress CMS experience, preferably Gutenberg BuilderExperience with / exposure to FigmaExperience with Jira and Confluence Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, ExcelExperience managing an email inbox (MS Outlook) and collaboration tools (Slack)Ability to speak/write/translate Spanish is a plusMust be located in the United States or CanadaAdditional InformationFind us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
