Work Control Supervisor
Overview The Work Control Supervisor oversees the scheduling and execution of work planning for all Facility Operations and Management. They supervise the Work Control Lead and other personnel, ensuring the proper classification, assignment, and completion of work orders. The supervisor ensures compliance with technical requirements, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with various departments to optimize efficiency and resource allocation. Additionally, they manage asset management and preventive maintenance functionality in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) ensuring all preventive maintenance tasks are scheduled, executed, and tracked effectively to maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise Work Control Leads and other personnel, ensuring timely and accurate work execution Oversee the review and maintenance of technical drawings, including as-built drawings and installed equipment records Manage the work request system, ensuring proper classification, prioritization, and dispatching of personnel Ensure compliance with Government work classification systems and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to review project specifications and work order progress Monitor field conditions, evaluate design changes, and ensure accurate documentation. Implement and oversee corrective maintenance (CM) procedures Manage and oversee asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and data accuracy in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are properly scheduled, assigned, and completed within (CMMS), leveraging preventive maintenance functionality to optimize maintenance efficiency Monitor preventive maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and regulatory standards. Train and mentor work control staff on best practices, policies, and procedures May be required to work on Polish and U.S. holidays Perform other supervisory duties and assignments as required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. University degree preferred Satisfactory completion of a military or recognized trade school or correspondence course (Electronics Technician), or have a minimum of 4 years apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. University degree Must possess a valid driver’s license Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in MAXIMO computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Skills & Technology Used: Ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures with minimal supervision, highly motivated and the ability to work independently or as a team. Ability to effectively covey detailed and technical thought processes verbally and in writing. Excellent prioritizing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties. Ability to maintain accurate documentation. Must be able to speak and read English. Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
