Work Dynamics DACH - Client Partner (m/w/d)

 

Responsibilities: 

Lead and be accountable for developing and implementing the ‘New Client’’ strategy for the Work Dynamics (WD) DACH leadership team, focusing on DACH-based corporations and collaborating with WD vertical leaders. 

Continuously analyze new client business developments (M&As, changes in workforce and production capacities, supply chain, etc.) and interpret/translate these into changing real estate portfolio and organizational needs and opportunities. 

Develop business with corporate clients in agreed strategic growth sectors by leveraging existing client partnerships. 

Generate new trusted client relationships (fewer and deep are better than many and loose) with a focus on mid-term Portfolio Services (PS) Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or winning large-scale multi-service one-off projects. 

Support vertical WD leaders in DACH in client penetration for multi-projects and assignments by identifying opportunities and driving/supporting their conversion into business. 

Focus on winning large-scale, needle-mover complex (multi-service) portfolio optimization assignments and co-create solutions with vertical leaders. 

Be the central point, lead, orchestrate, and co-create RfP responses for complex multi-service one-off assignments in DACH together with vertical leaders and teams. 

Help drive future outsourcing opportunities (Portfolio Services focus) through advisory-led client education. 

Position WD as a trusted advisor and partner to DACH-based corporates. 

Develop close client dialogues and trusted relationships with new clients in CREM organizations. 

Develop new additional PS including consulting business and support our sales and solutions teams in converting into MSA contracts and support handover into transition and execution to operational teams. 

Ensure internal cross-business line integration and communication regarding client development and growth opportunities. 

Drive the activities of our thought leadership agenda for WD in Germany together with marketing, research, and WD vertical leaders. 

When needed, set up and lead new complex client assignments (max 20% of time). 

 

Success Measures/KPIs: 

Volume of new PS leads and JLL business leads created. 

Development of business pipeline for Work Dynamics DACH of x m Euro. 

Increase level of client penetration for international corporates in DACH. 

Percentage of proposals that result in successful deals (win rate). 

Certain number of cross-business line wins (with JLL Capital Markets and JLL Leasing Advisory). 

Number of CREM research/articles published. 

Positive Medallia Scores (client feedback) of 8+ (out of 10). 

 

This position requires excellent strategic skills, deep understanding of the real estate market and corporate requirements, as well as outstanding communication and leadership qualities.
