What does a Work Experience Insight Day at British Airways look like?

Our Work Experience Insight Days are a way for students to gain first-hand experience of working for British Airways. The day will include activities, Q&A panels, workshops, guest speakers and more!!

Our Customer Service Work Experience Insight Day

The British Airways customer experience begins long before they arrive at the airport and step on board one of our lovely aircraft. Our brilliant team members at our Global Engagement Centres are a vital part of that experience, via various channels such as over the phone, email, and live chat they are delivering our unique BA service.

On this Insight Day you will hear from a range of colleagues from different departments. You will also have the chance to be involved in workshops and activities to give you a taste of what it is like to work in our Global Engagement Centres.
