As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our workflow processes. Your expertise in analyzing and streamlining workflows will contribute to increased efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Workflow Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location. In this role, you will impact the overall operational effectiveness of our organization by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize workflow efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes • Monitor and evaluate workflow performance metrics • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
