ROLE: Inspects and packages product, rotates throughout production lines as directed by the Team Leader. Works independently (though informed by line technician as well as other IP’s) and assures the product that they are packing is free of defects and meets all standards that have been established by the Pactiv Evergreen Quality Department.

 

 

Shifts:  Night, 5:30pm to 5:30am, with 3 paid breaks

 

Pay: Weekly pay, starting at $23.28/HR, plus the $1/HR night shift differential

 

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work) 48 hours

Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)  36 hours

Week 3: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work) 48 hours

Week 4: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)  36 hours and so on

Enter daily completions.Post-performance information as needed.Basic knowledge and understanding of SAP transactions including ZCON, ZORD, ZSCRIPT, LX02 etMaintain staffing related paperwork.Perform Quality related duties to include, but not limited to: product disposition and line audits, Enforce all GMP requirements.Train IPs and evaluate/monitor/document IP training.Daily scheduling and contingent staffing of IPsAssist in the preparation and perform various audits to include safety, 5S, JSA, dock door, forklift etcPerform start of shift diamond meetingsMaintain NCR Bin Locations to include ensuring repack standard work is adhered to, advising TL of corrugated stock needs and ensuring the area is clean and free of clutter.Perform cycle counts as directed.Support WM activitiesUnderstand and teach lean work conceptsIdentify unsafe acts or conditions and correct/report.Other duties as necessary
