The opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Work Management Analyst. In this role, you will support the world-class airborne surveillance, communications, and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail, across the Boeing E7 program. Your focus will be on enabling other teams by managing the systems that support their workflows, researching tools and business improvements, streamlining processes, and designing innovative ways of working.

Oversee the daily operations of Jira and Confluence within a multifaceted program involving various stakeholders.Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead business improvement initiatives.Provide training and guidance to users on tool and process best practices.Transform innovative ideas into tangible artefacts or actionable tasks.Effectively prioritise tasks, with the ability to decline requests that do not align with strategic goals or best practices.Manage your own workload proactively while seeking out new opportunities for improvement.Develop metrics to align with customer expectations and facilitate ongoing growth.Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in system administration for Jira and/or Confluence.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through previous roles.Ability to convert strategic objectives into practical, actionable solutions.Experience managing multiple priorities across various organisational groups.Track record of success in a complex, collaborative, multi-organisational environment.Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.Must be eligible to hold a NV1 security clearance or higher.A background in IT, or a degree in information systems or computer science is desirable.Culture
