We own the sites and are the guardians of employee experience. This role is responsible for overseeing Facilities, IT Operations and projects in assigned France sites, leading Regional and local IT projects in areas such as Network, Office, Mobility, Voice, PCs, Printing, Employee Care as well as ensuring service continuity to support the business.

We deliver productivity and care to all colleagues via thousands of Employee experience service touch points every day, and we keep our Employees safe. Helping to accelerate business value creation behind driving Employee & Site projects with faster value realization, reduced cost, higher quality, and execution of the portfolio.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

Actively contribute to the strategy for the site you co-own to deliver inspiring employee experiences including a vision, where to play priorities, roadmap, and KPIs.

Manage and execute projects and communication plans.

Manage partners governance to deliver day-to-day operations with excellence.

Ensure strong controls & processes are in place to support employee safety IT Site Continuity & Business Continuity Plans.

Establish operations support for any new processes or services.

Please note we offer a fulltime internship for the period of 6 months.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

Proficient in EnglishCurrently studying a Master's degree in a quantitative degree (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decisions Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics etc.)Learning agility.Project/Product Management basic knowledge.Strong Leadership - this role will lead the representation of Facilities and IT Services in different site initiatives/programs.A passionate end-to-end owner for a client/user-facing service with high sense of customer service and willingness to help others with sense of urgency.A deep interest in IT in order to automate our work, our user experiences and digitize our workplacesBasic understanding on data and analytics.
