JLL is hiring for a unique role in Canada with one of our key global accounts. JLL supports the client’s internal Workplace Technology programs, ensuring they are running smoothly within its commercial real estate portfolio. The Workplace Technology Coordinator will contribute to the success of these programs by supporting both the internal team and its stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast paced and multi-faceted environment. Our technology and programs are constantly evolving, and being adaptable and well-organized will be the key to success in this dynamic and challenging role. Candidates should also be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, and have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage troubleshooting tickets by promptly and comprehensively responding to stakeholder inquiries, always looking for opportunities to educate and provide “over and above” support to our stakeholders.

Provide demonstrations and training sessions, providing wider context on the benefits of our solutions as well as how to use them on a day-to-day basis

Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders on an ongoing basis, and suggest improvements for our solutions based on your interactions.

Create eye-catching content and communications to promote our solutions and increase our reach and impact

Contribute to the execution of the Program Success roadmap.

Assist with distribution, support material, training and other activities required for a successful rollout and maintaining a successful program after the launch.

Provide administrative support for new projects including vendor setup and invoicing

Maintain a project documentation database to adhere to company’s compliance requirements

Manage an internal Google site and create simple and accessible guides for our solutions

Lead special projects as assigned, supported by the Program Success Manager.

Carry out data analysis and translate into insights and storytelling for our stakeholders

Audit our solutions regularly to ensure data is accurate

Track and regularly report on internal success metrics 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations, commercial real estate, or within a startup environment a great asset.

Proven track record of knowledge sharing, with a talent for breaking down complex concepts into clear, accessible explanations for diverse audiences

Proficiency in data analysis and data storytelling, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from datasets and effectively communicate these findings in a clear and accessible manner.

A keen eye for detail and proactively identifying tasks and opportunities to improve workflows and solutions

Demonstrable resiliency and adaptability when working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure 

Integrity, ownership and drive for continuous improvement and learning

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

An interest in technology, particularly PropTech, CRETech, and/or Work Tech.

Marketing or social media experience for internal promotional campaigns

Experience working in an Agile environment
