Role Title: Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant

Location:  Any UST India location
Experience: 5+ years

 Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Absence and Time Tracking. Prior experience in related HRMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Peoplesoft) in delivery or AMS/post-production support is a plus. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining quality. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to effectively manage client expectations. Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Desired Skills:

Workday certification in time tracking and one or more HCM modules is a plus. Hands-on experience with both Absence and Time Tracking functionalities.
