In this position you will: - Create and maintain Absence configuration in Workday, including adding translations as needed. - Perform proactive audits on Absence calculations and prepare mass data loads using Workday EIB templates - Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams. - Provide technical advice and solutions as it relates to configuration or integrations by evaluating system workflows and processes - Collaborate with multi-functional cross region partners to develop operational processes to support Appleʼs policies - Gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels - Communicate development status regularly, including key milestones, accomplishments, key issues and risks - Adhere to all policies, standards and practices defined by Apple Data Compliance and Security teamMinimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsThe role requires strong technical expertise with Workday Absence as well as strong familiarity with a variety of data analysis tools such as Numbers, Excel or Dataikyu.
