What You'll Do Job Description: Workday Adaptive Analyst The Workday Adaptive Analyst will help support Avalara's Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting processes by developing Workday Adaptive platform. We are looking for a strong understanding of Workday Adaptive functionalities, integrations. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Role & Responsibilities: Maintain and support Workday Adaptive integrations with Workday HCM and NetSuite Advanced level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on system-related questions. Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, data integration, model and formula building, system configuration and reporting. Document project deliverables, process and workflows. Work with end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency. Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive Job Duties What You'll Need to be Successful Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance or related fields with 3-5 years' experience on Workday Adaptive Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalities– Integrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite, admin tasks, model building, reporting (Matrix/OfficeConnect), formulas and dashboards. Support testing phases across solution development life cycle Document system design, configuration and development objects Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
