Job DescriptionThe Core HR & Talent team of Devoteam Group is looking for its new Workday Administrator to join the IT department. Workday CRM for Devoteam is deployed in 20 countries for more than 80 entities. It now has more than 10000 users in total and continues to grow constantly.
As a Workday Administrator, your role will be to
Ensure the smooth running of Workday platform:
Check the data quality and perform data cleaning;
Testing of new features in sandbox before the deployment;
Communicate new features to the end users and update the knowledge base;
Perform biannual salary model updates;
Implement organisational changes of Devoteam group (merge or split of entities, renaming or deactivation of entities);
Help with implementation of new entities (data transfer, training session)
Provide 2rd level support to Workday users
Manage incidents and requests that can not be solved by first level support group;
Update the knowledge base for the support team
Users Community Animation:
Participate in users community animation: meeting, one to one, support;
Documentation:
Keep updated end users documentation (training cards, learning center);

Autonomy
Fluent English is a Must
Knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Business Processes
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
Workday flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards & EIB
ITIL Culture
Ability to listen, challenge and formalise business needs;
Ability to communicate and interact with key management players.
