We are operating Workday with a variety of Modules in more than 55 countries providing core HR services and processes to employees, manager and P&O experts with more to come! You will play a key role in optimizing our agile processes while driving growth for our customers and elevating the performance of our global Workday Operations Team.


Your mission will be…

Spearhead the agile framework within our Global Workday Operations Team - expertly managing sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and elevate efficiency;Acting as the primary contact towards one of our customers overseeing customer specific Workday Projects and Operational activities including Stakeholder Management;Supporting Workday specific communications to our Stakeholders;Establish, align, and dynamically manage key performance indicators to ensure we're continually enhancing our Workday prowess and delivering exceptional value to our customers.


We are looking for someone with…

Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;2+ Years of Experience in Workday (e.g. Workday modules, projects, solutioning);2+ Years of Experience in leading Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum) in Software Service or Project environments;Experience in Customer Communication, Project & Stakeholder Management;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;Strong communication and relationship management skills combined with a good understanding of driving Business solutions and services through value add to our customers;Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
