Workday Analyst II - Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding - Remote

Daikin's HRIS Team is GROWING! We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst II! The Workday Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex Recruiting, Talent, and Onboarding solutions within Workday. With limited supervision, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of all Recruiting/Talent/Onboarding Workday solutions. Location: Remote - Continental US 

What you will do:

Lead and support the Recruiting, Talent, and Onboarding workstream on a Workday implementation project, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives Research and resolve day to day Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Onboarding process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Work with HR and business stakeholder to support new requirements for Recruiting, Talent, and Onboarding workstreams in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes Manage, create, and provide support for required reporting and metrics needs, including performance management tracking, and Talent and Recruiting dashboards in Workday Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) 6+ Years of Workday experience overall having a minimum of 3 years in Workday configuration Previous Workday configuration experience in Recruiting, Talent and Onboarding (please be sure it is reflected on your resume)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS/Total Rewards software such as ADP Ev5, ADP eTime, Kronos, Benefitfocus, or Payfactors Project Management Skills Workday Certified Configuration experience in other workstreams such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, etc
