JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

·       As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in workday benefits for clients of different scales

·       Certification and experience in Workday Benefits is a must

·       Independently creates client deliverables for large, complex projects and/or clients; evaluates effort and requests support as needed

·       You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions 

·       In-depth knowledge of Benefits related security, concept of passive events and its working, Open enrollment process and all benefit plan types

·       You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success 

·       Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype 

·       You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review

·       Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies

·       Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions 

·       Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration 

·       Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios 

·       Experience in creating custom reports 

·       Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

·       Substantial and measurable delivery of 1 or more Benefit implementations for at least two phases.

·       Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
