Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience2-4 years of experience in prior roles directly implementing or utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, SAP, or other enterprise software systemsAt least 2 years' experience in change and communications strategy and planning, with expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, and strategic communicationsStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervisionA desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesStrong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindsetAptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsPreferred Skills & Experience:
Active Workday CertificationProven experience with Change Management practices and methodology developmentExperience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Change Management programs and process reviewProven Change Management experience directly related to cloud ERP technology adoptionPrior work experience in Higher Education or Healthcare industriesProven experience in training strategy, planning, design, development, and deliveryExcellent communication skills - oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, university and hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalismSelf-managed, highly motivated with strong drive for results; skilled in managing a large, diverse teamAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in Change Management, project management, and technical dimensionsExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple projects of differing scale and durationStrong analytical skills and ability to utilize tools such as excel and project management softwareThe estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 – 130,000 The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $108,400 - $149500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
