This role will play a vital role in developing and enhancing Workday solutions to help stakeholders and colleagues achieve their business goals. This individual will work as part of the HR Digital, Data, and Optimization team and will be involved in a range of exciting and innovative HR transformational projects. You will lead at least two or more of Workday’s modules, with Compensation as primary and one of the other Workday modules Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time & Absence, Security.
You will
Develop and enhance Workday reporting solutions to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Assist with ongoing support of various processes, including the annual compensation review process, promotion process, job architecture enhancements, and semi-annual upgrades.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Workday solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Technology and HR Optimization to ensure seamless integration of Workday modules and integrations.
Lead configuration design sessions.
Develop product configuration based on best practices and performing unit testing.
Create/Manage the testing strategy while collaborating with the Digital Technology QA testing team and UAT testers.
Partner with User Enablement/HR Communications to update training and other delivery tools.
Conduct impact analysis and obtain alignment from all parties involved.
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
You have
5 – 7 years of demonstrated ability supporting enterprise HR applications with Workday HCM, Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation modules.
Strong experience in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Security modules.
Ability to understand business requirements and follow up by discovering, suggesting, and implementing technical solutions.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information for a non-technical audience. This includes developing use cases and stories to align with business objectives.
Strong proficiency in Workday Report Writer needed.
Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work deliverables.
Reporting Relationships
As Workday Compensation Business Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of HR Digital, Data and Optimization.
Location /Travel
Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days and can be in Stamford, CT; Bethlehem, PA; Hudson Yards, NYC, or Boston. MA office.
Salary Range:
$80,940.00 - $132,975.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
