In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to internal stakeholders in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday, with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. You will report to the HR Manager, Technology, and be a part of a fun, diverse team. **What will you be doing at Arrow?** + You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in **HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday** . + Workday Modules: **HCM, Absence, Time tracking and Recruiting** + Serve as a strong **HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA** to enhance local operations and employee experience. + **Identify and research issues/system defects** (with/without guidance) and formulate resolutions/recommendations by analyzing fact patterns and applying/following standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices. + Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines. + Create test scenarios and test scripts. + **Perform system testing** and coordinate user testing and acceptance. + Provide resolution in accordance with due dates and documents and maintains SOP documentation and processes.
