You Are:
The certified Workday Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for data conversion and tenant build activities on Workday deployments. Hands-on Workday data conversion experience, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and expertise around data conversion/ETL approaches are key attributes for this role.
The Opportunity:
· Facilitate and lead client discussions on deployment projects (Phase 1/X) around requirements, conversion, and validation methodology of data to and from Workday.
· Lead and guide data conversion activities during deployment of Workday modules (e.g. converting benefits or payroll data from legacy systems into Workday).
· Partner with customer teams to resolve data conversion related issues, ensuring data integrity, and/or achieving greater process efficiencies.
· Facilitate data related problem solving between third party vendors, customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners.
· Research data conversion and/or reporting issues, identify root cause and implement corrective measures.
· Facilitate data conversion testing and validation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
· Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal data conversion automation capabilities and accelerators for our customers.

What You Need:
· 3+ years of Hands-on Workday experience in senior data conversion roles across implementation/deployments (not just production support).
· Must be Workday partner certified in Data Conversion. As a full certified partner, UST can maintain and add to your certifications.
· Knowledge of ETL Process and experience around data conversion and migration strategies from and to systems like Oracle, Peoplesoft, AS400 and SAP.
· Good understanding of Workday methodology and tenant build stages.
· Experience mapping data requirements and translating to Workday structures/workbooks.
· Advanced MS Excel expertise along with experience in one or more software tools like, Notepad++, Oxygen XML or ASAP Utilities.
· Experience with Workday data loading using iLoads, XML, Web Services, and EIBs
· Good at creating custom reports for data validation and related needs.
· A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations.
· Will require attending early morning or late evening meetings to meet with customer team leads and other team members who may be in different time zones.
· Experience managing and working with global teams on large scale deployments
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $107,000-$161,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
