Key Responsibilities:
•System Management: Oversee the daily operations of Workday Document Management & Portal functions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
•User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Document Management & Portal queries and issues. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
•Data Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within Workday. Perform regular data audits, clean-ups, and updates to ensure high data quality standards.
•Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize Workday Document Management & Portal modules to meet the evolving needs of the business. Implement enhancements, workflows, and new features as required.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure they are met through effective use of Workday. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
•Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Workday Document Management & Portal functions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
•Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, user adoption, and data accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
•Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments in Workday and HR technology. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
