Kforce has a client in NYC that is hiring an experienced Workday Extend Developer to join their team. This role will handle complex building and developing of applications using Workday Extend. Workday Extend Development: * Lead the development and enhancement of applications using Workday Extend * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements * Design, develop, and implement solutions, that could include Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Project Involvement: * Work closely with the team to develop applications that support their specific use cases * Contribute to the identification and analysis of 3-4 key use cases, driving the design and development process * Ensure that application design aligns with business requirements and industry best practices
