You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday finance applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Individuals with experience of Workday Functional / Integration. This is a role within the team, requiring a balance of technical expertise, business development, sales origination and client delivery.
The candidate will be expected to:
Demonstrate successful hands-on experience with delivering Workday implementations
Experience managing large teams on complex global projects
Provide cross-functional Workday advice and work closely with the client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Workday
Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Workday in relation to the FINS operating model including its self-service, service delivery and process execution capabilities
Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations with our Workday clients
Lead the growth of the Workday practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members
Advise on technical integration of the Workday application with other client and 3rd party applications
