The Workday Finance Support Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing 1st & 2nd line support for Workday Financial Management applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system enhancements. This role involves collaborating with finance teams, technical teams, and business users to resolve issues and improve system performance, ensuring that Workday meets the evolving needs of the organisation.

1 Workday Finance System Support:
2 System Configuration and Enhancements:
3 Training and User Support:
4 Reporting and Data Analysis:
5 System Updates and Patches:
6 Collaboration and Communication:
Technical Skills:
1 Proficiency in Workday Finance modules
2 Proficient understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
3 Experience in report creation, data extraction, and basic data analysis.
4 Basic understanding of Workday security configurations, business processes, and integrations.
5 1st & 2nd line support experience
Personal Attributes:
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical people
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
