Workday Financial Support Analyst, London (Hybrid), £75K

Location: London - 2 days' a week in office

Department: Finance / IT Support

Reports to: Finance Systems Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Financial Support Analyst to join our team in London. This individual will play a key role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Financials modules, ensuring seamless integration with our broader enterprise systems. The ideal Workday Support Analyst will have experience working with Workday Financials, a strong understanding of financial operations, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.



You will be responsible for providing support to users including troubleshooting and offering guidance; also dealing with Workday integrations and reporting, as well as implementing tests, upgrades and configurations for various modules withing Workday financials.



Key Requirements:

* Proven experience supporting Workday Financials is a MUST HAVE
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support
* Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics
* A basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
