Responsibilities:
Support and enhance processes and solutions related to Workday Financials, Prism & Accounting CenterUnderstand Workday Financials functional and technical options, limitations, risks and tradeoffs and partner with accounting and finance teams to shape requirements accordinglyObtain a deep understanding of the accounting and finance departments to build high-quality requirements and to recommend solutionsTranslate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed technical requirements and specificationsConfigure Workday modules, create reports, dashboards and Discovery Boards, modify Workday Business Processes and develop integrations between Workday and Third Party applicationsDevelop relationships and actively collaborate with stakeholdersSupport discussions and facilitate cross-team decision makingEnsure exemplary performance and reliability of IT solutionsDrive continuous improvement to achieve effectiveness and efficiencyThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Education/Experience:
Master/Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration5-10 years of experience implementing, supporting and enhancing Workday Financials, Prism, and Accounting Center related processes and solutions from a functional and technical perspectiveProfessional, organized, and strong communicatorFamiliarity with SDLC, Agile Methodology and change management process preferredTechnology:
Experience/certification in Workday Financials, Prism, Accounting Center, and Adaptive PlanningAbility to quickly learn new technology and business applicationsHigh PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointOther Qualifications:
