Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining Workday solutions that drive our business forward and enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday Revenue Management solutions to optimize financial processes and reporting.Oversee the implementation and customization of Workday HCM modules to meet organizational needs.Provide expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead the design and development of Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIB and other tools.Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications by implementing best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday solutions.Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing and deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.Document technical specifications configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in using Workday Studio EIB and other integration tools.Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is a nice to have skill.Display a strong understanding of data integrity and security best practices.The Cognizant community:
