Workday HCM – Test Lead
Onsite Location: New York City, New York
Required Skills
Over 10+ years of experience in testing HCM applications and 5 years of Workday testing
Expertise in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
Hands on testing experience in testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
In depth experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
Sound Knowledge in Software Testing Process
Hands on experience in Agile methodology
Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
Implement Test Scripts and Analyze Results
Fair understanding in Workday Automation using Selenium
Knowledge on Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT)
Good interpersonal Skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Leading the validation effort for the HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
• Testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
• Functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
• Business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
• Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
• Complete Test Scripts and Analyze Results
• Apply the Test management tools (HP ALM/Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT)
• Update customers on the daily status
• Foresee and mitigate any risks in the project roadmap
• Coordinate the team to get the daily deliverables are met.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 08/28/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between [$81,513 – $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
