Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersMUST have: Workday Certification in HCMMust have : Experience working in a Higher Education environment with Faculty Affairs or Provost OfficeMust have: Knowledge of Appointments and Tenure related processesMust have: Understanding of Faculty related data management and systemsStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervisionA desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesStrong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindsetAptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsPosting CategoryGeneralistOpportunity TypeRegularCountryUnited States of America
