Join Thermo Fisher's Corporate IT remote team as a Workday HCM Architect to craft HR solutions, focusing on Workday's innovations in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & productivity focus areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Intelligence – Optimize Workday’s skills-based talent management solutions, including Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace, and Career Hub, to drive strategic workforce planning initiatives, multifaceted career pathing and facilitate internal talent movementAI powered Talent Management – Leverage Workday’s AI capabilities to improve recruiting, hiring, career pathing and succession planningWorkday Illuminate - Implement solutions that harness Generative AI capabilities like Workday Everywhere, Agentic AI and Succession Agent. Be a critical part in helping develop our generative AI and machine learning strategies that center around WorkdayConduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements within Workday, finding opportunities for innovation and improvementPartner with business partners, internal IT staff and external consultants to ensure effective definition and delivery of HR Technology

Qualifications:

Education:

B.S or M.S. in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other engineering field required with equivalent experience

Experience:

6+ years of experience in the development/configuration and implementation of tier 1 Human Resources software or information technology systems3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise ArchitectDemonstrable experience in enterprise software application development, integrations, and architectureHands-on experience with the development, implementation, and integration of Workday HCMExperience in implementing upgrades of cloud-based solutionsExperience in providing consultation, crafting and deploying of both HR AI and talent strategies and solutionsSound knowledge of business processes, system to system integrations, information/platform securityAbility to manage competing demands and thrive in a dynamic environmentUpbeat and self-motivated professional with good interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation, and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a passion for learning new skills and an interest in AI

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$185,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
