We are seeking a Workday HCM/Benefits Consultant to lead, support and provide guidance to our clients around the Workday Benefits module. They are expected to have a strong background in Workday HCM/Benefits with a good understanding of configuration and process best practices.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
• Support configuration and lead ongoing deployment projects involving Workday Benefits and related functionality.
• Will need to be able to provide recommendations and best practices for deploying benefits functionality in Workday, including guidance on working with various benefit providers integrating into Workday.
• Define, guide, and build Benefit plans and processes, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs.
What you need:
• At least 4 years of Workday experience with 2+ years of recent experience around HCM, with a focus in Benefits functionality. This includes deployment and post-production support
• Sound understanding of leading Workday benefit process, configuration (plans) and operational frameworks.
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
• Workday Core HCM and Benefits certification are preferred (but not mandatory), and as a partner company we can maintain your certification.
