Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join their team. As a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist, they will be primarily responsible for configuring and managing updates in Workday HCM to support the successful implementation of Beeline. This includes collaborating with stakeholders across time zones to align on requirements and deliverables, conducting thorough testing of configuration changes, and deploying approved changes following established governance processes. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues, documenting changes and processes, and providing recommendations on best practices to optimize Workday HCM functionality within the context of the Beeline implementation. This is going to be a Hybrid opportunity located at their Santa Clara, CA or FULLY REMOTE. The Pay Range for this Role is based on years of experience, with a range of $62-$71/hour. Skills and Requirements 35 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment. Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS solutions, preferably Beeline. Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS. Strong understanding of system integration concepts and cross-functional implementations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
