These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Degree Preferred Master's Degree Preferred Fields of Study Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science Certification(s) Preferred Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or engagement manager certification Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with a proven record of success directing efforts in managing and assisting large companies with improving the performance of their Human Capital Management organization, including: + Improves the delivery of HCM services; + Implements HCM technologies; + Aligns HCM strategy with business strategies; and, + Streamlines and standardizes finance policies, practices, and processes, transforming the HCM organization to be more effective in supporting the business. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success directing efforts in multiple Workday HCM implementations including: + Acts as the project manager or lead; + Contributes to the development of a business vision; and, + Manages complex implementation efforts with proven project management capabilities. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success directing efforts in advising global organizations on improving efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting, including: + Improves processes, demonstrating HCM Services industry knowledge and knowledge of applications of at least one of the following focus areas: shared service and outsourcing, HCM transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, talent management, and business intelligence and performance management software tools; + Understands the implications of integration with core HCM services systems; + Develops strategies, as well as leverages PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as Google Suite) to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, including development and delivery of business proposals, conferences and whitepapers; and, + Identifies, obtains, and processes critical data (e.g. benchmarks) challenging the status quo through innovative thought leadership in the application of standard industry practice solutions for high performing HCM functions, including internal and external reporting, people and organization structures, performance management, budgeting and forecasting capabilities, cash flow optimization and the use of capital, and maintaining and building cost-effective controls. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and a proven record of success directing efforts in identifying and addressing client needs, including: + Builds, maintains, and utilizes networks of client relationships and community involvement; + Communicates value propositions; + Manages resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; + Prepares and/or coordinates complex written and verbal materials; and, + Builds and manages new and existing client relationships, resulting in net new and add-on sales. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
