What You Will Do:
As part of our Financial Services Workday team, you’ll be part of a new and energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technologyFrom initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll design and deliver Workday HCM solutions equipping Financial Services organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.Be an active participant in client facing HCM transformation projects powered by Workday helping to streamline client process and manage the overall engagementParticipate in an innovative, teaming culture for the Workday team to enable constant innovation,Design, build, and deploy Workday offerings, assets and accelerators, and Financial Services Industry solutions to deliver outstanding client experience and outcomesParticipate in Business Development activitiesDemonstrate excellent communication skillsDemonstrate consultative skillsHave a passion for high client satisfaction levels.What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree and MINIMUM of 7 (seven) years of relevant experience; years of experience can be substituted for a formal degreeDelivery Experience of Workday HCM A proven role in multiple referenceable Workday HCM implementations in Financial Services.Current holder of Workday Product Certification for Human Capital ManagementStrong sense of Curiosity and ability to extend knowledge to learn additional capabilities in Workday and Financial Services industry requirementsUp to 25% travel with a focus on work from a Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as neededReside or be willing to relocate to Trivandrum or ChennaiWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
Current holder of Workday product certification in Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Integrations, or Workday Reporting in addition to the Workday Human Capital Management CertificationCurrent holder of Human Capital management certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CPP, CEBS or equivalentExperience with deploying or converting from an ERP such as Oracle, SAP or PeoplesoftSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentationsExperience working in complex multi-phase implementations
