Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday HR Information Systems Manager in San Francisco, CA. Summary: We are looking for someone with Workday expertise to launch the Advanced Compensation module within Workday. They would support launching the compensation process including Merit, Bonus, and Equity. The candidate will be working on this project every day. This is the only thing they will be working on right now to launch this tool. Details: * Work with stakeholders by rolling it out and testing the functionality * Not starting from scratch; Someone did a ton of work already; Also launched some of this in sandbox environment * Coming into a half finished or 2/3 product that they need to tweak, verify, test, troubleshoot and identify issues * Work with stakeholders to help identify issues
