Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bus Syst Consultant IV in a location. As a Bus Syst Consultant IV, you will be at the forefront of business system application process improvements and system enhancements. You will serve as a project lead for complex projects and act as the link between vendors, business areas, Legal, and IT for system projects and implementations. Responsibilities: • Lead and contribute to the leadership of numerous projects, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to timelines. • Function as a subject matter expert and provide direction for system issues and problem-solving. • Analyze and utilize data to propose business system solutions. • Engage in design review sessions to ensure compliance to requirements, system standards, and usability. • Conduct meetings with various customer groups, including senior management, to present findings and recommendations. • Develop external networking relationships and recommend industry best practices to overall projects. • Document, monitor, and coordinate the resolution of system issues as per established processes. • Collaborate with IT to determine technical requirements and challenge technical solutions that may not meet business needs. • Create business requirements and evaluate technical solutions by discussing business needs with end user managers and project teams. • Conduct and coordinate communication efforts related to projects, including status updates, timelines, scope changes, risks, and issues. • Serve as a mentor and coach to others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams • Proven experience in creating and maintaining documentation • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in providing training sessions and workshops • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Knowledge in developing and implementing procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Word • Ability to review, analyze and provide feedback • Proven experience in design and development of business systems • Ability to implement strategies effectively • Demonstrated leadership skills • Experience dealing with vendors and external partners • Proven consulting experience in a relevant field • Experience in successful implementation of business systems • Good networking skills and ability to build relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint • Experience working with various stakeholders at different levels • Knowledge of Lotus Notes • Understanding of various methods used in business systems • Strong ability to execute tasks and projects to completion • Knowledge of best practices in the relevant field • Experience in process improvement initiatives • Proven ability in research analysis • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
