Workday HRIS Analyst
Job Description Primary Responsibilities: · Be a workday product SME for HR and end users. · Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across different Workday activities · System configuration: Configuring, updating, and enhancing Workday business processes · Attend working sessions with HR and related functions to provide consultation, feasibility analysis, gather and understand the business requirements. · Manage and maintain workday integrations within Mueller ecosystem and 3rd party vendors. · Process improvement: Assisting with process improvements to ensure data integrity and gain efficiency · Perform mass upload using enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday · Develop functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements · Guidance: Providing support and guidance to the HR team by creating and maintaining reports, tools, and analytics · Compliance: Ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines · Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information · Regularly communicating status and challenges to team members and management Salary is dependent on years of experience and varies from 100,000 - 105,000 annually.
