Workday HRIS Analyst
Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst Job Description We are seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to provide technical support for our Workday HCM platform. This role involves evaluating and addressing requests from HR, Finance, IT, and other groups, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the Workday system. Responsibilities + Provide technical support to the HRIS team for the company's Workday HCM platform. + Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, IT, and other groups, identify the scope of work required, and execute tasks accordingly. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. + Create and update advanced reports, configurations, and load data via the appropriate system method (e.g., EIB). + Navigate the Workday Community site to leverage available information and best practices. + Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday. + Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations due to changing business needs and provide solutions. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience; or High School Diploma with a minimum of 3+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration. + Strong work ethic for handling and maintaining confidential information. + Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently provide accurate data. + Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes is a plus. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in CST or EST time zones. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm, with no overtime expected. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
