Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications across various internal and external systems. This role works closely with various functional teams to effectively gather requirements and implement changes to Workday Financials and other related financial systems.Essential Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain integrations to and from Workday Financials utilizing Workday Studio. Includes integrating with commercial and bespoke applications.Create and maintain applications and orchestrations with Workday Extend.Create new layouts and modify existing layouts with the BIRT reporting tool.Design, build, test and deploy Workday reports using Advanced, Matrix and Composite reporting, including the use of Workday Worksheets as needed, in collaboration with other team members.Document and validate business requirements with end-users and model solutions for complex business requirements to be addressed with automated solutions.Share knowledge on leading practices in Workday and new learnings with other team members.Work to build relationships with cross-functional team members as needed to ensure successful implementations of company and department wide projects.Lead walk-throughs with SOX and Audit on custom processes as necessary. Ensure compliance with SOX, SOC, Legal, and Security standards throughout development and support.Maintain comprehensive documentation and share insights on new Workday features and practices.Proactively identify and define potential risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities, including from Workday releases and updates.Essential Skills and/or CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in financial accounting and systems.6+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials with demonstrated success. Supporting Day to Day operations in Suppliers, Customer, Business Assets, Procurement, Projects, and General Ledger. Experience should include managing foundational data and business process configurations, including report writing. Experience with Workday business process, security and tenant-wide configurations is required.Workday Integration Certification a plus.Experience with Workday Extend preferred.Expertise with Workday Studio required. Includes EIB, CCB, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON. Experience with a coding language such as Java, JavaScript, or Python a plus.Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reporting, BIRT, Calculated Fields strongly desired.Experience working with Agile methodologies a plus.Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.#LI-DNI
