The Netflix Talent Tech Engineering Team manages and delivers applications for the constantly evolving needs of our Talent (HR) organization. Our team is seeking an outgoing, curious Integration Engineer to work in a rapid development environment with multiple internal customers throughout the business..
This position will report to the Manager, Talent Engineering. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has an understanding of HR technology tools and expertise in enterprise application integrations. An ability to think critically and outside the box is a must. Responsibilities
+ Design and develop integrations between internal and third party systems (SaaS)
Support, troubleshoot and maintain applications and integrations
+ Contribute to the design and evolution of system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs
+ Effectively communicate, partner with and execute cross-functional projects
+ Develop a deep understanding of the business area and systems to guide you in designing effective solutions
+ Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and best practices
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration technologies and AI/LLM integration
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration methodologies and processes.
Experience & Competencies Required:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in building integrations within the Workday ecosystem using cloud connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio
+ Experience of XML transformation with XSLT
+ Experience working with various document transfer formats such as EDI and ISO
+ Experience working with REST & SOAP API.
+ Experience with developing applications using Workday Extend
+ Experience in developing enterprise application integrations using middleware tools such as Mulesoft or similar.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Javascript.
+ In-depth understanding of system architecture
+ Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life cycle and QA processes.
+ Very good understanding of HR technology tools and domain.
+ Ability to work well with business users in requirement gathering, solutions design, development, and QA.
+ Action-oriented, self-motivated, and independent.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Established verbal and written communication skills.
Additional qualifications:
+ Knowledge and experience with the following Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation
+ Experience with other SaaS tools such as Eightfold AI and Cloud services such as AWS
+ Experience with Workday report writer
+ Understanding of Workday business processes framework, and Workday domain security
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $700,000.
