Join our journey! **The Workday Integration Specialist is a key member of the HRIT team responsible for supporting all HR technologies including Workday. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and consistency between Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent, and other critical systems including but not limited to SAP, Boomi, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Sailpoint, and Global Payroll providers. The successful candidate will manage and troubleshoot integrations, coordinate system configurations, and provide expert guidance to the HRIS and HRIT teams.** **Responsibilities:** **Develop/Support new and existing, integrations and reports from Workday to internal and external systems using Workday technologies including calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.** **Manage end-to-end integration workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal and external platforms.** **Takes the initiative to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance to define configuration and integration requirements for new and existing integrations while solving business problems.** **Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration points, data flows, and error resolution. Ensure that all integrations work adheres to compliance standards, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements.** **Create and maintain Custom Integrations using SOAP Webservices, RESTful Webservices, Enterprise Interface Builder(EIB), Document Transform Workday Studio.** **Work with vendors for debugging issues with integrations and mapping the requirements.** **Responsible for preparing the migration and deployments for integrations to Sandbox and Production.** **Develop and execute test plans and strategies, while documenting results that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance with regards to business requirements. Test and debug program units in conjunction with other units and/or systems** **Identify, analyze and classify improvements needed, understand impact cross functionally and lead the implementation of change though a Change control board or similar system towards Production deployment.** **Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.** **Establishes and actively cultivates relationship with business owners.** **Support HR systems including server related maintenance support on HR related applications which can include after-hours support or weekend work.** **Skills:** **• 3+ years professional experience using Workday technology** **• 5+ years professional experience implementing integrations on ERP** **platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Salesforce** **• Demonstrated technical experience with building integrations between Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management systems** **• 3+ years professional experience working in project management environments, particularly with system integrations and upgrades.
