You Are:
The Workday Integrations Architect will be our "go to" senior technical resource across global implementation projects, AMS engagements and on client augmentation roles. As part of a fast-growing, fully certified Workday partner, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and be part of the practice leadership team to further build out the UST Global Workday practice.
The Opportunity:
· A lead role that can make a difference in our global UST Workday integration practice covering deployment, client augmentation, and AMS services.
· Lead and develop UST’s Workday Integration capabilities – which will leverage your technical expertise and leadership in building a global team.
· Utilize your specialized knowledge and implementation proficiency (in-depth experience with Workday Studio is essential) in client projects while mentoring less experienced team members.
· Perform in technical lead role working directly with local and global clients around integrations design, testing, vendor management and deployment.
· Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members and be comfortable directing our offshore teams around module configuration and support activities.
· Work with internal UST product teams on Workday capabilities and accelerators.
· Support pre-sales activities around technical Workday scoping and solutions.
· Build out new technical capabilities around Extend and Orchestrate
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need:
· 5+ years of Workday integrations consulting experience with deployment and post-production support experience.
· You should have the ability to discuss this expertise both within the company and with clients.
· Ideally advanced Workday Integrations certifications (e.g. Studio, CCTP, Extend) or have equivalent customer side experience (pro certification required)
· In-depth knowledge of Workday's integration capabilities and associated technologies is essential.
· This includes hands-on and technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
· Developed or supported innovative solutions using Workday Extend or Orchestrate
· Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
· Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of above-mentioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
· This is a remote role, but occasional travel may be required.
· Need self-starters with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to work in a dynamic and fast-growing Workday partner.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $124,000-$186,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
