Workday Learning Functional Lead

Job Profile Summary

The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations. This role requires a good understanding of the organisation’s strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimising our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

 

We are looking for you:

If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.If you have experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Learning are a must haveAnd at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & Absence and TalentWorkday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and/or other modulesIf you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.If you have experience as Functional Consultant in at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.If you have an organised and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.

Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM, essential.Proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solution to complex business problems.Business mindset – business needs to be at the centre of all activities.Fluent English both written and spoken.Great team player and willing to work collaboratively across the globe within a virtual team environment.

 

Scope of duties:

Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvements initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs.Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems and/or optimise processes.Work with Global team and countries to design or optimise the Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint.Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Global Process Leads, Product Owners and the IT Workday Team.
