Work you’ll do

As a Sr Workday Learning Lead, you will be client-facing and involved in the following:

Lead optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday Learning.Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing your expertise in Workday Learning and other HCM modules.Provide support to clients during the testing phase, ensuring that Workday Learning functionalities meet their needs and expectations.Develop detailed technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations and integrations.Maintain regular and effective communication with client subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.Build consensus around business processes and design, ensuring alignment with Workday Learning best practices.Effectively manage both onshore and offshore resources to deliver high-quality Workday Learning solutions.

The team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.


Our Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday’s largest clients. We have over 1000 Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects in North America and we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.5+ years of Workday implementation experience.5+ years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Learning.6+ years’ of consulting and/or industry experience.Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday implementations.Experience leading the implementation of a Workday module – leading clients through discovery, design, configuration, test planning, testing, and deployment.Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA.Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available. Preferred:Workday HCM certification.Workday Learning certification.Public sector or state government experience.
