We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes and provide expert guidance on Workday Payroll.Lead the configuration of Workday Payroll modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.Collaborate with the customer in transferring data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations.Handson experience with PROVE2 tool for Payroll Parallel Testing.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices.Provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.Create custom reports to meet specific business requirements.Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements to provide clients with the latest solutions.Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.Experience/Certification in Time Tracking or Absence is an additional advantage.Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more end-to-end US/Canada/UK Payroll implementations.Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday workstream.Current active Workday US/Canada/UK Payroll Certification. Certification in other HCM modules like Absence and Time Tracking is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication skills, especially in handling difficult conversations.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Learning agility.Why Join Us:
