We are currently hiring a Workday PRISM and Accounting Center Developer to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved.
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Draper, UT.

YOU ARE: A seasoned Workday PRISM and Accounting Center Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing scalable PRISM pipelines and implementing complex transformations. Proficient in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate, you possess a strong background in financial systems. Your exceptional communication skills enable effective collaboration with stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced, tech-centric environments, adeptly managing multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Workday PRISM Development:Design and manage scalable PRISM pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.Implement PRISM transformations (e.g., unpivot, group by, filter, rank, calculated fields) and data change tasks (DCTs)Accounting Center Management:Develop, configure, and optimize batch jobs and accounting center setups for financial reportingTroubleshoot and resolve job failures promptlyIntegration and Orchestration:Build and enhance Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and OrchestrateCollaborate with teams to design and maintain seamless integration solutionsData & Reporting (Preferred):Create advanced Workday reports and dashboardsAssist with security configurations to ensure compliance and data integrityCollaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCommunicate effectively regarding project updates and risksYOU’LL BRING:
5+ years in Workday PRISM and Accounting Center developmentProficiency in managing data lineage, batch jobs, and PRISM transformationsExpertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Orchestrate, Java, and AWS servicesExperience in financial systems and exceptional communication skills are highly desirableExperience working in a tech-centric, fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlinesProven ability to work successfully on projects that have high-level exposure, which may require presentation/demo to stakeholdersAbility to learn and support new technologies and train othersBachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.PREFERRED SKILLS:
