Responsibilities :
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver report solutions and anticipate report needs.
Perform reporting change requests related to business process flow and security based on business requirements.
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to HR and Financial data.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive productivity through reporting solutions.
Train and guide junior report writers and data stewards on workday reporting capabilities.
Facilitate data extraction, collection, and other strategies that will help optimize efficiency and data quality.
Skills/ Qualifications :
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in complex report development (advanced report, discovery boards, composite reports, trending reports, calculated fields)
Preferably with experience with Prism Analytics or Core HCM
A strong understanding of data needs for analysis and business management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis
Preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience in any area of HR
