Workday Reporting Lead - Manager

Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). Current Workday Reporting and Prism certificationMinimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various tools from simple to complex reports.Strong experience in report writing with enterprise reporting tools in Workday Financials Accounting Center and PrismExcellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaborationStrong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model.Strong Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution designDesire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesEnthusiastic about data accuracy and completeness, with a great attention to detailThe estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $214,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
