Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Security Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of security configurations within Workday. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday security and implementation, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, solving complex problems, and driving process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
4+ years of Workday security and implementation experience, including scope and requirements definition, problem solving, and process improvementsStrong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects of varying scale and durationAdaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesProficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets, and other relevant softwareWorkday Partner Certification is preferredWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work directly with clients or internal teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organizationThe estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
