We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Technology Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for optimizing our Workday environment, driving system enhancements, and providing advanced configuration and support across multiple modules. As an HR Technology Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact HR technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Configuration & Optimization – Lead the design, deployment, and continuous enhancement Workday modules while supporting broader HR Tech transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Management – Act as a trusted technology partner, collaborating across HR, IT, and business teams to understand system needs, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.Process Improvement & Strategy – Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation, data insights, and emerging HR tech trends, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.Technical Leadership – Provide advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and configuration expertise, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of Workday modules.Project Management – Lead high-impact HR technology projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery, while managing cross-functional collaboration.Compliance & Data Integrity – Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship – Act as a Workday subject matter expert, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in HR Technology, with advanced expertise in Workday configuration and system optimization.Hands-on experience with at least two Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, People Experience, Prism, Recruitment and Payroll.Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and functional knowledge of system integrations.Experience working with payroll systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and knowledge of payroll-related integrations is an asset.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.Strategic mindset with a process-driven approach to problem-solving and innovation.Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in system implementations or large-scale configuration projects.
